Investigators should follow this outline when preparing the proposal narrative. This outline provides the basic proposal sections. The investigators should feel free to include additional sections as appropriate to his or her research topic. The text must be single spaced with a standard type size of 11 point or larger.

3. Project Background (Suggested 2 pages)
   1. Work done by other
   2. Relationship of proposed project to current research in the field
4. General Plan of Work (Suggested 6 pages)
   1. Design of activities to be undertaken
   2. Description of methods and procedures, if appropriate
   3. Technologies and Tools
   4. Time table for completion or project
5. Bibliography (Not included in the 10 page limitation)
